COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rhymmebus Corp RM5-4003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Robohand products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rosemount product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Robohand such as the DLB10AC8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051CD2A22A1AB4K5M5 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3051CG2A22A1AS1 by Manufacturer Rosemount as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robo-Cylinder Brand RCSMH400M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robotic-Accessories such as AL2000 equipment made by Robotic-Accessories have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robotic-Accessories products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robotic-Accessories" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OHSP015 made by Robohand as well as the popular RA2831A1 original spares produced by Rochester Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3095MA2CABA10AA1000BC2 by Rosemount and AL2000 spares by Robotic-Accessories are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2705298B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Richards-wilcox. |
